I recently brought my 2014 E350 for a major repair (rear main seal and sway bar links) and I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Lone Star Bavarian. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced. After over 30 years of being a customer, my BMW dealership advised me they no longer wish to work on older cars like mine. After searching the Internet and talking to other BMW owners of older vehicles, one name kept coming up to go to for service in DFW, “Lone Star Bavarian”. I highly recommend using Lone Star. The company is run like a family business that cares about their customers and employees.

I was really happy with the service I received here. I needed new brakes and dealership quote was quite high. I received a very fair estimate and moved forward replacing the brakes. They offered a loaner which was very helpful. Recommendations were made for future maintenance and seemed fair & reasonable. I will definitely bring my car back when the time comes.

Called last Friday (May 2) and made an appointment for Wednesday (May 7). I arrived at around 8 am and spoke with Nicole at the front desk about my appointment and what service my car needed (transmission service). They provided a ride home and shortly Nicole called and gave me a price for the service needed and I agreed. She stated that my car 2007 BMW 550i would be ready later in the day. I received a call around 1 or 2 pm to say that my car was ready. Nicole sent the driver to pick me up. The driver arrived quickly and I paid my bill and left. Trent and staff are very knowledgeable and explained each detail from start to finish. I felt that there was no pressure to do things or forced to have items replaced or repaired. Heather and Nicole were very nice and kept me informed about my car from drop off to pick up. It's just really good to have an option other than the dealership for BMW's. I would highly recommend Lone Star and will continue to use them in the future.
