Was able to drop my truck off quickly and easily. My advisor stayed in touch with me and alerted me of additional recommended services, which I approved via link. The link was awesome because it not only said what the service/item was it also gave the price. Everything was done and pick up was a breeze. Ray was great to work with!

Had an appointment for 10am with Brice for a recall. He did not give us any updates at all. At 1:15, I go looking for him to ask for an update and I’m told he’s on lunch. Would have been nice to hear. They finally give my car back around 1:30 and the engine light is on ( it wasn't when I arrived). So if you want to wait four hours with 0 updates and receive your car in worse condition than it arrived in, I recommend this place. Shoutout to Ray though, he stepped up to help when Brice ducked out and made sure the engine light got fixed quickly.

In a word, exceptional. My service advisor Kyle, was friendly, understood my frustration and concern. He professionally handled the entire service experience. The technicians provided exacting details as to the causes of vibrations concern and recommended tires plus struts / shocks be replaced. The cheap ties I had we not worn but had belt shift that you could see on the road force machine. A truck with 221,000 miles needs struts and shocks. Also a vibration while braking was addressed with full brake pads and rotors. My truck vibration concern is now resolved. It steers, rides and brakes like new ! Kyle and his team are to be commended. We arrived from Arlington 45 minutes BEFORE the sales area of the McDavid dealership was actually open, but Daniel 'Benji' Martinez was already there and ready/willing to help us. (early bird gets the worm, maybe? :)) I'd already identified a great deal online with super low miles and told him we wanted to do a test drive. Daniel was incredibly helpful, positive and showed true interest in helping us recover from the loss of a vehicle due to a wreck that we were only incidentally involved in, but it resulted in our car being totaled!
