Midas

At the beginning of summer, I needed some car repairs and was directed to Midas Alta Mere by an individual from whom I purchased tires. I was a little skeptical because I have tended toward dealerships or privately owned mechanics in the past. This individual noted that I could trust Ray, Eddie, and the team at this location. I absolutely found this to be true! They made the repairs necessary; yet, I still had the check engine light coming on every couple of days. Each time, they immediately fit me into their busy schedule and looked into the situation. They knew I was needing to travel to another state to take care of grandchildren. They were relentless and communicated with me frequently …

👋 Hey there, I may not remember everyone's name.Ray, but!! I always remember the greetings and service. It's always consistent and fair, I like that they have a comfortable waiting room, and they keep you informed with what's going on, what they are doing. I've been a customer for 30 years, off and on because of my schedule.

Eddie Martinez made sure to keep me informed about my vehicle. He went over in detail what was wrong. Awesome to work with. Justin did the work on the vehicle and he was friendly as well. Midas has always been awesome to work with. We always use them for our vehicles.Ray Harris also kept me informed about my vehicle as well. He sent pictures of the work needed on the car as well. They are a Team at Midas that work to help one another. Awesome staff ‼️

Have been in here a few times and they have been fantastic every time. Parker diagnosed and fixed the AC on my truck and they did amazing. Were very straight up with me and showed me evidence of the issue. They were very honest and timely!
