Brakes Plus

I brought my car in for brake issues and Chris was very helpful & honest about what all other issues my car needed to get done so that it would be fixed correctly and I wouldn’t have any other issues with it later on. He explained it very well and had my car fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend coming to this location and Chris as well!

My 1st experience with Brakes Plus was phenomenal. I called 1st and scheduled an appointment same day. I came for an alignment concern but there was a completely different issue cause my car to pull right. I am grateful for the staff and Chris my main contact. Very helpful, gave great knowledge and was very understanding and guiding me on my next needed steps. I will definitely be getting work done here in the future and will be referring customers here. Thank you Chris!

I wish I could give 6 stars. Sage & Chris are some of the kindest, most down to earth people I've met in the automotive business. Not only were they patient in explaining (& re-explaining) what I needed to get done, they also made sure I approved of what they were doing every step of the way. While I was there, I also heard 2 different customers talking about their great experiences & how one of them regularly brings their classic cars to be worked on by these guys. Overall wonderful experience & I'll definitely be returning anytime I need help with anything car 👍

Thank you all awesome team and great work! I really appreciate how well everything was explained. The only concern I had was with the alignment. It was discussed ahead of time that my vehicle needed one, but once the service was completed, I was told it didn’t. I mentioned to the team that I hadn’t had an alignment done at all, so I just wanted to be sure it wasn’t overlooked. It felt a little frustrating to have something previously discussed suddenly dismissed. That said, the team did follow through and recheck the vehicle for alignment after the brake service, which I appreciated it. Overall, a great team, super friendly and I'll be back again..Thank you again for your help!

I’m all about Reviews so I contacted Brakes Plus after seeing the high stars. Took my daughters vehicle in for Brakes. Unfortunately due to the car behind a little Jaguar SUV getting the right part setup was a little challenging (not surprised on a import). Chris and Staff worked through the CHALLANGES, got the right parts here and got me on my way. I'll def be back in the future for all my brake & services needs. A+++++
