Kings Truck Repair

I believed the reviews but in this case they were wrong. My truck broke down on the side of the road so I started to call around for roadside assistance. Pedro answered and was willing to help and said he could send help around 2or3 am it was 11:30 pm so I agreed. At 3:30 nothing,4:30 nothing, 5:30 nothing at 6 I started call both numbers and got no answer. I also texted and nothing. I was so disappointed….. finely I was able to start it and drive down to Kenworth. In order for reviews to be useful they must be honest. After waiting hours I posted an honest review and was sent this by Pedro. I didn’t do anything wrong read messages below

Pedro is a piece of work, starts by sending me to a shop that he isn't working out of, if he's working out of his truck why go there then he gets the part and leaves me sitting there all afternoon at the location where his shop used to be all night. I showed up at 2:30 in the afternoon and he got the part that same day but elected to come back at 10 the next morning to install it 20 hours later he wants to charge 8 hours labor for a 3 hour job.

Called Pedro on a Thursday night, told me he’d be out in the morning as we agreed, next morning on a Friday was on time, diagnosed my issue in less than an hour, way different diagnostic than I had previously got from another mechanic that wanted to just milk money out of me, ended up having a bad transmission, we got pricing, gave the go ahead, by Saturday afternoon truck was up and running smoother than ever, not only that he did it right there at my yard since the truck wasn’t mobile he didn’t make me spend hundreds to tow to his shop, great quality work, will be using him for all mechanical needs, if you need a mechanic you can feel calm and trust I’d recommend Pedro, anything we need do…

Pedro came out to my yard to identify an issue with my transmission after a previous mechanic could not figure it out. Within minutes he found the issue and quickly offered a repair solution. Very good and reliable work done, had me back up and running in no time. Not to mention more affordable than other places. Will highly recommend to everyone and continue to use for any work needed.

I have a water pump problem, my boss found Pedro and without hesitation he said I can do the job. I drove down to the shop and in a few hours waiting truck is up and running like before. Pedro went to look for the part and install the new water pump. Problem is resolve no more time wasting again, thanks to Pedro.
