Paid these guys at Cummins in Fort Worth $5,000 to install a new radiator and cooler in my motorhome. They neglected to put in the main bolt that held the fan in… failed after 5,000 miles causing massive damage and costs . Another Cummins dealer reached out to them to resolve this negligence and they wouldn’t even respond to another Cummins service manager. Stay far away from this dealer and service center in Fort Worth. They do not stand behind their work and can’t even be bothered to answer their phone . Cummins corporate needs to step up and make this right. Totally disgusted with their service quality and customer service is beyond useless.
Cummins Fort Worth provided advice on the necessary repair and I bought the carburetor at Cummins. I then installed the carburetor myself and I did not connect the linkages correctly, leading to the generator running only briefly. The Cummins team fixed my mistake quickly. I am grateful to the Cummins team for excellent advice, service, helpfulness, and generosity. Thank you
Had a positive experience purchasing filters from Cummins for my Onan. I definitely admire the open service bay in front of the parts and service department offices. Overall, a 5-Star experience for me! Now, I must add; that dag on Keurig needs some TLC; but, I came to get filters not coffee 🤷🏾♂️.
I had a heating problem on my semi truck took it to Cummings they said it could be the thermostat or radiator. So I just got the thermostat replaced thay said fixed the problem well it didn't truck still gets hot up to 200 degrees l turn on the fans too cool it down and it doesn't cool it down very fast.I called them back and told them to have the super visor to call me back and they didn't now they are closed. No call back great.
As a local moving company in Fort Worth, we sadly have trucks needing Cummins parts for our trucks. Whenever I give these guys a call, their on it! Also, their Diesel Mechanic service rates are the lowest in Fort Worth. Thank you guys for all that you do for our small business!
