Wow! Customer service! Came in for a 10 am appt to look at a problem - they didn’t have time to work on truck issues at this time - was going to leave but manager Miguel said no, they would pull a tech from another truck as my suspension components failing were a severe safety issue and didn’t want me to leave like that - after numerous issues along the way while updating me with pics etc , they ALSO stayed 2 hours after close to fix the issues and make sure I’m safe and back on the road tonight to service my clients who are counting on us. This is simply AMAZING customer service that is so rare these days. I wouldn’t expect it Everytime but in this instance it was truly a saving grace.

They did the alignment, but the steering wheel is still a little crooked to the left, but not as much as it was before. They said could only set it a little to the right or a little to the left, but not in the center. I don’t think Newmar would have made a RV that can’t be set in the center. It most likely has slop in the steering shaft, rag joint, or pitman arm/ steering box. They shouldn’t align it if there are any loose components. They should have done it right the first time. It takes too much time to go back!

I needed some u bolts made Damon Walker was VERY helpful in getting this done while I waited GREAT customer service I will be back

Had a front end alignment issue on my RAM 5500 truck with a tall truck camper on top. They are the ONLY outfit in DFW area to have a bay to fit my 13’ 6” profile. They did a great job!! They also allowed us to stay in an adjoining open space overnight to make our 0800 appointment easy to keep. They also have a comfortable waiting room. Thank you Buck’s again for the great job.

I am here getting truck looked at today, Miguel has always treated me very well. I have been using Bucks for over 38 years, I have always received quick and quality work from them!!!
