AutoZone Auto Parts

Managers should do better in training associates that leaving someone on hold and forgetting about caller is very rude. Hence, I called another store. Ratings do matter 🌟

Picked up tie-rods was treated with respect and gentleman took time to help me

They loaned us a set of tools for free. Leave your Licence to checkout the tools, like a library book .

We are now in 2025 and this store once had great customer service . My recent experience was horrible now they have young teenagers working here they are not knowledgeable about anything about their job . I was here to return a warranty exchange and the guy asked for the original package it came in are you serious I had my original receipt. After debating with him I received a refund . It seems to me they are just hiring anyone regardless if they have no experience. I rather go to the river oaks auto zone they have excellent service and Adults working with a manager on Duty . Hemphill location has went down hill with customer service and knowledge

Melissa Helped me out greatly and was really Nice and Friendly. They even installed my Car Battery for me!
