What a nightmare! Do not bring your vehicle here if you want it fixed correctly. We chose this location due to be it recommended by the other driver’s insurance company and the proximity to our home. Let’s start with the initial drop off. Pointed out several issues that needed repair and nothing was written down. Was told it would be there AT MOST one week, so we did not mess with taking the rental car that was offered. 5 weeks later, we completely regretted that decision. I took my car to be fixed, they just had to paint the lower rear bumper, align the right exhaust and change the lower bumper, first they said they couldn't find the part that I had to buy, I told them that it is a part that can be easily found anywhere, that's what they told me after 3 weeks with my car and that's because I had to call them to see what was happening with my car and ask them why it was taking so long not because Josue wanted to contact me, after that I took the parts myself to have them installed and wait another week until they found the correct part, to make matters worse when I went to receive the car I took it to my house and the bumper was misaligned, the …

I brought my car in to have a new bumper painted/installed. I left with almost all of my soft plastics being messed up, my door jam needs to be repainted and the electrical connections from the bumper need to be rewired due to the technician breaking them. The staff is rude and dismissive, think twice before you use this dealership. I called the GM per the note below. He said they could try to dye the plastics but it is to expensive to replace the plastics. He feels dying the plastics is good enough. How this place has 4.4 stars is the 8th wonder of the world. They've had my vehicle for going on 2 months now. I have received 0 calls to update me about the car. So I called up there and they transfer me to the tech assigned to my car. He doesn't answer. I leave a voice-mail. He doesn't call me back. I call again the next day and I'm told my car is ready to be painted. That was 12 days ago. I get that it takes a while to get all the parts needed. But they've had all the parts for 5 weeks now.
