I'm Barbara Sanders and I was the main contact throughout the process. The updateds were regular and the caller was courteous and thorough. Very pleased with the repairs. However we expressed some concerns when we picked up our car and were told someone would get back with us. No one has called and our concerns still have not been addressed. Will not take it back to that location again for that reason. This specific Caliber Collision is not close to my home, but it is the one I chose to repair my car because they are Volkswagen (and many other makes) certified, which is helpful because they can order OEM parts directly and have the technology needed to recalibrate the safety systems in house.
