I had a great experience at caliber collision. Derek was wonderful! He communicated every step and was able to get me back in my vehicle before expected date. He was very attentive to detail and genuinely cares for his customers. I appreciate that very much! Thank you Derek!

I just wanted to get the word out there that you have some amazing employees at this location. Derek Hoover is definitely top-notch. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, polite, and just all around a great employee for your company. Please let them know how much their kindness was appreciated. Kindness and personality. Definitely go along way and if I ever need any future services, it will definitely be from this location.

Excellent customer service and extremely professional. They take care of your vehicle like it’s their own and keep you informed daily with the progress and status updates. This was our first experience with an auto body shop. If we ever need them again, we will be coming here. Ricardo was our technician who took care of our vehicle and his work is impeccable. He really takes pride in his work. Thank you Caliber and thank you Ricardo!
