Crash Champions Collision Repair South Ft. Worth

My experience with Crash Champions was 100% positive. I can't say enough good about the service I received. Dylan was the tech I delt with and he was so helpful through the whole process of having my truck repaired. I had text that were updated through the repair and any time I called the office Mandy and Mary Ann were so helpful. And the repair to my truck looks perfect. I can't tell I ever had any damage at all. And they did the work in the time frame they told me. I hope I never have another auto accident but if I do and I need a body shop this is the place I will go to.

Poor appointment handling skills. Didn't even make it past the receptionist who gladly told me I didn't have an appointment. I had Allstate recommend this shop. They scheduled me an appointment. It was in Bembrook. Canceled that one. Allstate made another appointment for the Fort Worth location. No one called to confirm. Called 3 days before and was told there was no appointment. No big deal I scheduled one with the rep on the phone. Even recieved texts confirming the appointment and such. Was told they don't even work on my model truck. MaryAnn is so sweet and explains the process and the cost of everything very thoroughly. Every time we come here we are given great customer service and they fix my car up real nice!

The professionalism displayed from Mandy and Mary Ann was remarkable. They have an outgoing personality while providing exceptional customer service. I then met Andrew who was the technician. He was professional and very knowledgeable as he explained the process and also kept me updated on the repairs. My vehicle was repaired sooner than expected. The services I received exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Very enjoyable experience . From front desk (Marianne & Mandy) were very friendly & knew what they were talking about. Very smooth operation, from estimate on my car, to repairs to rental car. Everything available onsite was HUGE! An actual insurance person to help also. Will definitely be returning if needed. (Hopefully not) And I’m telling all my friends.
