Crash Champions Collision Repair Cooks Lane

Normally don't leave 5 star reviews but I have to today. Took my car in today and Abel was my salesman. Extremely professional young man took his time to go over my quote and let me know my car is in good hands and spoke very highly of his company. If you need collision repair to your vehicle you definitely need to bring it here these people are pros!!!

We had such a great experience! My wife was in an accident, and while insurance took some time, as soon as we got approval, our service advisor, Alfonso, guided us every step of the way. Alma at the front desk made getting a rental quick and stress-free. The great Google reviews gave us confidence going in, and they absolutely delivered. We got consistent updates, and the technician did an amazing job—the bodywork was flawless, and the color match was a perfect 10/10. The customer service was beyond exceptional—everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!

We took one of our cars in for some body work right before Christmas. They took care of us immediately, gave us the estimate and timeline for the repair. They kept us updated on the progress, which we really appreciated. When we picked up the car, they had done a little extra courtesy work on our car, as well, which we greatly appreciated! Great service and such nice employees!

I love the team and experience I have whenever I need the assistance of crash champions. They work diligently with Allstate as well as enterprise to get your repair done and get you on the road as soon as possible. They’re thorough, return your car better to you than when you left it, and they always communicate what they’re doing and when. I’ve needed their services twice-one with a hit and run and another with a collision into a gate and I’ve never been let down. In fact, my car was returned to me earlier than the projected finish date. I really love the fact that I never had to worry or stress about anything. Thank you to everyone and a special shout out to Alfonso who was a joy to work w…

After reading their numerous positive reviews I pulled up the website to make an appointment. The nature of my repair did not allow for good picture taking, so they suggested I'm making an in-person appointment which I was happy to do and preferred. I made an appointment with the Cooks Lane location. When I arrived it was early so that was my issue. After waiting some time, the technician could not be located and we waited for him to come to the front. She stated that he must possibly be in the restroom. I advised her that I would wait in my car out front when he was available as it was my appointment time. The technician that was previously not available wanted the receptionist to go o…
