Discount Tire

I want to say that they went above and beyond to help me when I really couldn't even help myself they got me 3 tires and noticed my lug nuts were swollen and changed them at no rxtra cost. Im so grateful for rach and everyone of these guys that work here because they didn't have to help me but they went the extra mile to make sure I would be safe driving and they were so polite and respectful it's not every day you get the service I received and it was after working all day in the heat they still was a true blessing. I hope corporate reads this and acknowledges they have the absolute best crew here at this location I really mean it. Give them all raises they have the best cust…

I have many vehicles and they all go to Discount Tire. I went to store TXD11 in Fort Worth on Saturday and had a wheel swap and new tires put on one of my cars on Saturday. The staff and the service were incredible. I was greeted immediately by a manger named Blake. He performed the service with the best customer service and attention to detail. I met many of the team members and they were all friendly and knowledgeable. The management team at this store is fantastic. I was so satisfied with the ride of my car that it felt like a different one. I would highly recommend driving to this store to get your work done. 1000 SE Loop 820, Ft. Worth.

Love my Discount Tire on John T White. I thought I needed air in my tire but had a nail in tire. Excellent customer service (thanks, Taylor). 45 minutes and I was riding good.

The team there works hard to help their customers. They are considerate of their customers needs and time. They have some good deals. They try to work with the customers to meet their budgets. I saw a customer complain about how long it was taking and the employee was as nice as could be. Mine took a long time and they they fixed my spare tire for free. Make an appointment otherwise you will probably be there a bit longer.

I bought tires and had them put on here. I also had an alignment on May 24th. 2 weeks after my alignment my wheel bearing was busted and grinding on the passenger side. I discovered my Jam Nut on the passenger side wasn't tightened at all. See Pics. I took the vehicle in and made an employee aware. I waited maybe an hour and we asked for the tires to be rotated. They said no problem. They come to tell me my vehicle is done. Don't bring before and after adjusts at all and all the tires are in the same places they were when i brought it in.. How do I know? Because my driver rear tire has scuffs from an accident months ago and it was in the same spot as when i brough it in. Didnt show…
