Discount Tire

Discount Tire has great customer service. Didn't have to wait much time for the service. If you need to get tires definitely shop here. They also do price matching just ask.

I drove to this location Friday shortly after 2pm with a low tire and was told it would be about an hour and 15 minute wait. One of the guys told me he thinks they will be able to fix the tire but I had quite a bit of wear on 2 tires. I asked to order a set of 4 new tires. They told me at about 3:30pm that they could not fix the low tire so I asked if they could put the spare on. I was told “I feel comfortable leaving the tire on…it won’t take days to get your new tires in.” I then asked if they would at least add air and was told they would. My tire pressure light didn’t come back on until I drove several blocks away. They didn’t add any air, the pressure was the same. I was told the tires…

I walked in around 1:30 PM (The day after Memorial Day) to have a slow tire leak checked out, it turns out I had a screw in it. Although they looked busy, they were fully staffed and I was able to get my tire repaired, balanced & rotated all within 35 minutes. I was very happy with the prompt service & attention I received. Everyone there was very professional. Will definitely go back.

This location is Amazing, they are fast and reliable. Everyone is working beyond and doing an incredible job. Totally a place that I can recommend to. Coleton is very attentive and helpful, he will double check everything. Thank you so much for the wonderful job. Kudos to all!

Great prices they worked with me and my budget when I got there (early like I was told to do) I saw ppl inside but the doors were locked. I couldn’t get anyone to come they just pointed to the people and laughed. Then they didn’t open the door til 8 on the dot! I would have done my business elsewhere had I not already paid for the tires. I’m the first one in but that didn’t matter bc they had to make sure my tires were there. That put me last anyway. I get them on and they roll my car out and my wheels are filthy! Grease and smudges everywhere. I normally don’t have complaints about this store but that was an off day for sure.
