Discount Tire

Overall a great experience! Both customer service gentlemen were amazing!! Friendly, answered my questions. My appointment was for a tire rotation and a constant low tire. Both tasks were completed. I am grateful!!! Thank you so much!!!

This place is PHENOMENAL. Val, the manager, works his tail off to give customers the best experience possible. Super nice guy, extremely competent, and a straight-shooter. Same for his staff, didn't get their names but they were fantastic. For anything tire-related in the north Fort Worth area, this is the store. You work with the best in the business, period. These guys are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

These guys did an awesome job! I was dealing with a horrific experience with a new truck purchase. I had just replaced all shocks, added steering stabilizer dual shocks. Now it was time to rotate and re-balance tires. Right away Christian got on it with such enthusiastic passion as if he was working on his own truck. Christian quickly discovered several more issues and even made recommendations. I'll be forever thankful to this amazing team. 👏 Thank you Christian and Logan!

Purchased new tires and wheels. The price for both was great. The sales associates were very helpful in helping me make the right choice for both

Just stopped in at about half hour before quitting time, so I fully expected to drop off my tire and pick up tomorrow. To my pleasant surprise Val assured me they could get the tire done no problem. He didn’t stop there but said they could also get the tire back on in place of my spare (I also figured I’d be doing that). Not only that, I watched as Val worked with other employees to help them with their questions and just had a very friendly approach to what he’s doing, which I really felt welcomed and appreciated. Actually, I’ll say the entire shop exuded a very welcoming vibe. Thanks for the great service, Val!
