Received a recall notice called AutoNation Fort Worth, where I bought the 2024 F150 King Ranch and gave information regarding the recall letter to the young lady. She verified the recall information and set up an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in three days later. I actually took the vehicle in Wednesday afternoon before my 7 AM Thursday appointment so they would have it at their convenience. I received an immediate text message from my service advisor and waited to hear back regarding my vehicle being ready. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I had a recall and needed an oil change as well. I also wanted the tech to look at my tires, there was a grinding noise. Jose was my advisor. Jose sent me a message if I wanted to have a filter change and I said no, that was at 1:15pm. At 4:00pm, I sent a message to my service advisor for an update and got no return message. I had told Jose I needed my vehicle done by the end of the same day. My vehicle stayed there all night. The service itself—from the work done on my vehicle to the delivery—was excellent. I have no complaints in that area. However, I was extremely disappointed with how we were treated by the Service Manager who assisted us. When I asked questions about the recall on my vehicle, she was short, condescending, and spoke to my husband and me as if we didn’t understand basic information. Her tone was rude and dismissive, and I have no interest in working with her again. Unfortunately, this experience is not the first issue we’ve had at this location. I had the oil and filter change at Auto Nation Ford Fort Worth, TX. They did a good job. Paul the service advisor kept me informed thru the process and came to me in the waiting area to let me know my Ford was done. He was polite and did a great job!

Went in for 50k maintenance inspection and new tires. The service team were fast and friendly. They were able to get me set up with a work order so I could take advantage of a rebate that was expiring that day. The work performed was tire replacement and balance, wheel alignment, and cabin air filter replacement. Great work and competitive pricing.
