Apparently, you’ve all forgotten why people bring their cars in. They want their car fixed when they come in and have it done in a reasonable time. I made an appointment for 1 pm, then waited two hours for an entire vehicle inspection before work started on my car. The analysis was made after 3 pm, and I was told it would be less than an hour until it was fixed. TWO hours later, I was notified that another part was needed. The second part was installed and at 6 pm my vehicle was finished. I had a great view of my vehicle from the waiting area, and the mechanic spent more time wandering around the shop floor than he did working on my vehicle. Now that I know Layla is at the Hulen Overton Ridge location, I will definitely make the 30 minute drive over here for service. She is so pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. She gives outstanding customer service and truly cares about her customers. Danny, my new technician, is very trustworthy as well. He is precise in his diagnosis without the conjecture I usually have to deal with from technicians. There were way too many recommended services. I keep my vehicles in tiptop shape. Services were recommended that I had just performed myself. Example. I had just changed my oil 800 miles prior to bringing my vehicle in. They told me I needed an oil change. I was told the computer automatically puts that on practically every car that comes in the shop, so I said, well all the technician has to do is look at the sticker on the windshield and they would know that it had just been done and that recommended service should have been removed before the invoice was printed.

I had a great experience at this Firestone! They took my car in quickly, handled everything it needed, and were super friendly and straightforward the whole time. It was such a smooth and easy process that I recommended my dad bring my sister’s car in too before her trip to Houston — and they got everything she needed done as well! So thankful for their fast, honest service. Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. I have given them 3 chances now which I guess was not the best decision on my part. First issue, they didn’t replace the crush washer so I ended up with an oil leak. While under the car investigating the leak I also noticed they didn’t bother to put all the bolts back in place. Second and Third issues are the same but happened on both of my vehicles. They claim they will do a courtesy check of your fluid levels when performing an oil change. That is 100% inaccurate. After getting an oil change I got home, popped the hood to find coolant levels extremely low along with power steering. And in one case washer fluid as well, they claim they fill that on for you.
