I had a great experience at this Firestone! They took my car in quickly, handled everything it needed, and were super friendly and straightforward the whole time. It was such a smooth and easy process that I recommended my dad bring my sister’s car in too before her trip to Houston — and they got everything she needed done as well! This place is a joke. I have given them 3 chances now which I guess was not the best decision on my part. First issue, they didn’t replace the crush washer so I ended up with an oil leak.
