Firestone Complete Auto Care

Romel deserves a raise! He was very helpful from when I called with an inquiry to getting everything figured out for me when I arrived to the location. The mechanics are very fast and I did not have to wait long at all. Very satisfied with my service

Had an exceptionally amazing experience with firestone today. Customer service was incredible from the moment I arrived to getting my keys to head home. Super efficient and I didn't need to leave my car for days to get things repaired. Gave several options but weren't trying to take everything from my wallet. Really impressed and will be back, hopefully not too soon. Thanks for everything!

Came in for an oil change, Romel brought me to my truck and showed that I had some uneven wear on my tires, explained to me that my shocks were worn out and that was causing the uneven wear. Told me it would take about 2 hours to swap them and to do an alignment. I took a walk to the Indian restaurant down the way and as I way paying my tab Romel was calling to let me know my truck was ready. Great group of guys.

These guys are great. Ive been coming here for years for alignments. On Sunday they fixed a bunch of problems texas tires caused. They are completely professional and they have very reasonable prices in today's economy. I really appreciate their service, especially on a Sunday when moat people dont work. Thanks all of yall !

Went in for an oil change. Was tricked to think my tire had a nail in it I order to buy new one for 250.00, the new tire they gave me was trash so I had them put the original tire back on. Than I go to another tire shop and find out the tire didn’t even have a hole. These are high performance tires as one of the workers stated and they was trying to steal my perfectly good tire. They Didn’t care if the tire was a good fit for my car or would damage it, this place ONLY BOUT MONEY AND WILL RUIN YOUR VEHICLE JUST TO PAY HIS BILL. Horrible experience. Cowards looking to finesse good people who keeps them in business.
