Walmart Auto Care Centers

They left our hubcap loose and it fell off as we were driving home. When we called to see if it was left there or anything they said they didn’t keep it and weren’t willing to do anything about it. We also were there 2 hours when we had a scheduled appt that was supposed to take 10 mins

Extremely slow. An hour & a half for a battery change. I wouldn’t have minded if there were people in front of me. My vehicle was just sitting with the hood up. Multiple technicians come by, look under the hood and walk away, multiple times. The couple sitting next to me was waiting 3 hours for an oil change.

It was a nice experience in this Walmart at Oakmont Boulevard during oil change and tire installation in my car. Timothy, known as Tim was the guy who did all the tire installation. I find him, a very humble and an experienced service guy in this service center.

2 HOURS AND 43 MINUTES to install and balance 4 tires. Had a 10AM 'appointment' and they did everything to drag it out as long as possible. Never going to Walmart for tires again.

I brought my car to this location to get new tires. I pre ordered the tires online and scheduled an appointment. Not only did my appointment take twice as long as it said it would but they put the wrong size and type of tire on my car. Luckily I noticed it the next day and called to tell them. They were able to get me in to replace it with a correct one but they gave absolutely no compensation or …
