Customer service is always great! Zaire explained all of the repairs and the cost so throughly. I truly appreciate that, it’s hard to find this type of customer service in the automotive industry.

I have been going to Firestone locations for over 30 years, but my most recent experiences have been really bad. The local store has poor communication, poor time estimates, and seem to want to upsell at as a normal course of business. My most recent experience my son took his car to the local store for a tire plug, nail in tire, very simple. The store held the car for the entire day and called 10 min before close to share they would not be able to do the work that day. The next day they stated they could not repair the tire as it was below min spec. and new tires are needed.....this is simply not the case, the tires are worn, but likley have over a year of tread life on the tires befor…

I have been loyal to Firestone for quite a while but this is ridiculous. I took my car in for a tire to be patched and they warned me that there were two cars in front of me but that they were seemingly simple repairs and it would be about 1-2 hours before they could work on the car. I said that was fine and left the car. It is now SIX hours later and I still do not have my car. Not only did it take them 4 hours to even START working on the car, there was no communication on the amount of time, and they called me with updates and asked if I would like to replace my air filter to which I agreed because they said it would be super quick.
