Thanks Mr Wes For Great Service And Explain About My Car And Make My van Safe For the Road

This has been a horrendous experience. My daughter has had her cat in multiples times for the same issue and still no resolution. At one point after looking at the car the let her leave without tightening the lug nuts on her wheel. I feel that they have been trying to take advantage of a young girl trying to maintain her car.

I’ve been to this place several times for same issue. Obviously issue was never fixed even after spending several thousands of dollars. Went today for same issue and he said he would take a look at it. I kindly ask if he could do so. Gave my key to them. Waited 2 hours only to realize my car was never taken to a bay. One of the guys was on the phone in the office. “Workers” were all on the phone in the bay doing nothing.. 1 older model car was the only car in the bay! Wasted 2 hours of my time!! No one ever came to tell me anything. I just got my key and left! I will not be returning to this location ever again! Will definitely be calling Corporate!
