This has been a horrendous experience. My daughter has had her cat in multiples times for the same issue and still no resolution. At one point after looking at the car the let her leave without tightening the lug nuts on her wheel. I feel that they have been trying to take advantage of a young girl trying to maintain her car.

I’ve been to this place several times for same issue. Obviously issue was never fixed even after spending several thousands of dollars.
