Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Great communication from Angie and Aaron and quality work from Chris. Chris is an excellent technician who noticed a unrelated problem from the reason I brought it in that saved my transmission. Highly recommend.

They should have a 5 star rating!!! Super professional, great service, reasonable pricing for oil changes. They were pretty fast and gave each customer undivided attention!!!! I will definitely be back.

Made an appointment for 8am. Car not pulled back til an hour later. Computer issue?????? This is 2025. What is the backup plan for when this happens? Finished car and had ti wait several minutes for a phone call to be completed, which is understandable, EXCEPT THERE WAS A THIRD PERSON AND A SECOND PHONE. I believe there was training going on with the phone employee and 1 guy, but don't make me continue to wait for a training opportunity. Not cool. Didn't get outta there til after 10:30 for brakes and rotors.

I absolutely love this particular PepBoys location because they take good care of your vehicle needs with efficiency and integrity. Damon is EXCEPTIONAL and he is my FAVORITE technician. He's ALWAYS professional, kind and patient with me when I have questions and need clarification about my vehicle and the repairs needed. I just recently met Aaron, the new store manager and he is friendly, welcoming and provides great customer. Angie (front desk), Chris (tech) and Chris (front desk) were staff I met and they were friendly. I would recommend this location for your vehicle repair needs.

This place is just not worth going to. It should not take 4 to 5 hours to replace tires. Guys in the back smoking cigarettes and moving slowly and i came when it wasn’t even busy.and their room to wait feels like a sauna, so you’re burning up hot while also waiting for hours. This is ridiculous ! Just go to discount tire and call it a day
