I am always impressed with Pepboys Prompt Professional Service. Loyal customer since my first use in Irving, Texas 1984 to my annual use in Nashua, NH. Now the Seminary road location will be the place of choice for my toyota when here in Fort Worth as to the close proximity to our downtown condo. Thanks Pepboys for always going beyond expectations.

Staff was good at first. However, if you are going to get your emissions inspection be aware, they won't let you know about there technical difficulties between their system and Tarrant County system until after you sat and waited at the Tarrant County Tax Assessors office for over an hour (close to closing) just to be told the inspection isn't in the system yet. Only then when you call pep boys letting them know my inspection is not in the system, you have to waste more of your time to take your car back in to basically redue the inspection because their system communication hasn't really been working properly. It’s only been 3 months and it’s obvious they did a shoddy work on my brake change. I hear grinding and squeaking, plus there is a weird feel to the break peddle. I’m never going here again. With the amount of time I had to wait in order to get this done, I expected better quality. Update: after finally replacing my own break pads, I realize some hardware was also not replaced like one of the springs and one of the brake wear indicators. If I’m paying 370$+ I expect everything to be done right.

I called ahead and asked if they do alignments. The guy told me to come on in. When I got there at 6pm they informed my they close at 7:30pm and won’t stay to finish my truck. Maybe hire people with work ethic who will actually get the work done, not people who are watching the clock. Thank you for wasting my time. Will never go to a pep boys again.

I rebuilt my steering and suspension and needed a wheel alignment. Pep Boys to the rescue! I've been receiving great service from this location for 30 years! I scheduled my appointment online and when I arrived early and they were able to start right away. Ben was the expert technician assigned to my vehicle. He has many years of experience and did a great job aligning my wheels. I was able to get on the road in record time and I even found a discount coupon online that saved me money!
